This session is aimed at senior / middle leaders looking to enhance or change the culture of their team.

The content looks at defining a culture, overcoming the challenges of culture
change, engaging stakeholders, identifying the key features of your desired
culture and making it stick. The session also look at what we can learn from organisations in business and sport, and how this can be transferred to your context.

Building high performing teams

This session is aimed at senior and middle leaders. The content looks at how the theory behind high performance can be applied to any team, using examples from organisations in sport and business. Crucially, the session will focus on how these features can be transferred to your team.

Developing Effective Leaders

This session is aimed at aspiring or current middle / senior leaders to develop their understanding of leadership and how to enhance their personal effectiveness as leaders. The session will also demonstrate what can be learnt from elite sport and how it can be transferred to the your context, whilst developing skills and approaches to strengthen their leadership.

Mental Toughness Development programme

Mental toughness is a learned personality trait which determines how we react to challenge, pressure and stress. Research on mental toughness shows that it can have a significant impact on performance, wellbeing, aspiration, and mindset of people. This session explores the key features of mental toughness, and how to develop a mental toughness culture which allows people to develop and achieve. This work can be developed further with the use of a psychometric test, which provides a report for the participant on how they can develop their mental toughness, as well as a coaching report for their line manager to use to support the development of their teams.
