Paul is an experienced leader in a range of sectors, having worked in senior leadership roles in education, elite sport and business. Paul is also a former professional Rugby League player. In addition to his role at Positive Synergy, Paul is a Director at elite Rugby League club, Salford Red Devils; Super League Grand Finalists 2019 and Challenge Cup Finalists 2020
